The brief

A therapist with three callings, and no place to bring them together

Dr. Erika Richards is a credentialed counsellor, life coach, and online educator — with a Doctorate in Ministry and a Masters in Counselling. She had the expertise, the heart, and the content. What she needed was a home for all of it online.

People seeking counselling are often in a vulnerable place. The site needed to carry warmth and credibility in equal measure — professional enough to earn trust at first glance, human enough to make someone feel safe reaching out.
